Downhill Bowling

If only real bowling was this much fun

Combine ten pin bowling and going downhill, and what do you get? Downhill Bowling! Why in the world no one thought of this before is incredible, because it's a really great idea.

There are two courses in Downhill Bowling lite version, but they are both worth playing repeatedly. As your bowling ball rolls down hill, tilt the iPhone to keep it on track, picking up coins, avoiding obstacles and of course trying to get strikes on the way. There are ten sets of pins on each course, and obviously the point is to get a strike on all of them. But it's just as hard as in real bowling, and there's no time to sop and aim properly!

Downhill Bowling's graphics are in smooth 3D, and despite being a little bland, you won't notice too much while racing down the hills. The tilt controls work fine, although as always they mean you have to keep still while playing! The two modes, regular and timed give you different things to aim for. In the first it's all about strikes and coins, whereas in the second it's just about how fast can you go!

Downhill Bowling is a simple but really fun game, and a great way to waste a few minutes here and there!
